We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Junior Sales Specialist to join our team!
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- New Partner Acquisition: proactively research and approach new possible partners
- Daily outreaches to single unit restaurants, bakeries and cafe’s, including door-to-door sales
- Achieve weekly sales targets
- Attend sales meetings and provide feedback on sales strategies
- Research: learn about the partners in-depth, map the stakeholders and understand their decision-making process
- Pitch: create and deliver quality, professional presentations to potential partners, and confidently speak about the business and food waste proposition
- Holistic Approach: work closely with the Operations and Marketing team
📝 Requirements:
- You are currently enrolled in a university program or freshly graduated
- You are interested in sales
- You are native in Czech and fluent in English (minimum B2)
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills: you know when to listen, ask or talk
- You are passionate about the mission, you care about the environment and about food waste
- You are 100% motivated, proactive and open-minded
- You can work at least 20-25 hours a week

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist!
